FAST RESPONSE TIMES.

We know that you treasure your time and we want to show you that we respect your time too. We therefore undertake to do the following:

  • We return clients’ phone calls within 3 working hours if we are not able to put you through to the right person immediately for whatever reason.
  • Reply to clients' emails within 3 working hours and reply to your letters within 3 days. If we cannot give you a satisfactory answer within the latter time limits, e.g. because we need to do some in-depth work, we will let you know immediately.
  • Turnaround time of 2 weeks to prepare and deliver for approval your annual accounts (provided you provide us with all records and explanations we need by the agreed time).

PRICING GUARANTEE

We always agree a fixed fee with you. We will never catch you by surprise by sending you an invoice for a service if we haven’t agreed a fee beforehand with you. We will never increase our fee before we agree the increase with you.

NO MORE WORRIES.

  • You will never have to worry again for missing deadlines and paying penalties with our alerting service well before the deadline. That way, you can sleep peacefully at night! As an additional safeguard, we promise to compensate you for any fines imposed on clients for missing statutory deadlines if it was our fault (we are happy to offer this guarantee as we are pretty confident that it will not happen!)
  • You will never have to stress yourself about what records or other information to provide to us for all services (e.g. Accounts, VAT returns, Payroll). We will email you well in advance of any filing deadlines with tailored reminders of records and other information checklists, that will make it easy and quick to respond and leave you feel organised, relaxed and on top of the game!

ERRORS AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints are not like fine wines; they do not age well.

No one in professional services can claim that they don't make mistakes. To err is human. No matter how hard you try, removing mistakes from work is virtually impossible.

However, we try to minimise ours and prevent an error from happening again. We strongly encourage our clients to tell us of our errors. We see complaints as more valuable than compliments because they provide a firm with information on aspects of the service that need to be improved. They are opportunities to us that will eventually enhance client loyalty and goodwill if handled properly. By proper handling we mean resolving problems quickly to the client's satisfaction. Needless to say that if a client suffers financial loss as a result of incorrect handling of their affairs, we will be happy to pay compensation.
