Our Target
Our Target is our long-term aspirations for our Firm, through which we aim to achieve our Purpose (see above). We summarise those as:
- To be truthful and modest towards our clients even if telling the truth puts us at risk.
- To be seen as reliable and trustworthy in the eyes of our clients by keeping all our promises and keeping all secrets.
- To be clear in all our communications as clarity removes confusion and conveys value.
- To always be up-to-date with our knowledge by constantly educating ourselves.
- To treat our clients as individuals who have their own different needs and wants and therefore need to be treated specially.
- To always respect our clients' time by providing a speedy service.
- To make sacrifices for our clients when necessary.
- To fight for our clients whenever we feel that they have been unfairly mistreated, even if that is at our expense.
