We are a young and dynamic firm operating from North London. We have, nevertheless, almost fifteen years of experience in public practice, dealing mainly with the affairs of small businesses.

We are Fellow Members of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. This is the largest professional accountancy body in the world and one of two bodies in the UK that have been authorised by law to license registered auditors. As such, we are committed by the highest professional and ethical standards to safeguard protection of the public. We are also subject to lifelong professional education to make sure up to date knowledge in a world of forever changing legislation and circumstances.

In recognition of the quality service given by our firm, our firm has been awarded a seal of approval. This prestigious award was given by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the professional body which regulates and monitors thousands of qualified accountants worldwide. In order to achieve the kitemark -the ACCA Quality Checked Seal- the practice had to demonstrate "best practice" in all aspects of its business during a recent rigorous inspection by ACCA compliance officers.

As a firm, apart from being authorised by our Association to carry out audit work, we are also regulated for a range of investment business activities.

Our motto
Our motto is "Care, Standards ". This reflects our philosophy to give a value added service to our clients in accordance with highest acceptable professional standards. Of course, this can only be achieved by exercising personal care and going the extra mile if required, in dealing with clients' affairs. We are proud of providing a service built around each client business' unique needs and requirements.

Our strategy
Our strategy by which we aim to fulfil our motto is:

1. To help our clients minimise their tax bills. Our clients work very hard and we don't want them to pay more tax than the absolutely minimum.
2. To provide our clients with a bookkeeping and accounting system that will give them the information they need to make better business decisions, increase their profits and expand their businesses at less cost, time and worry.

This is how we execute our strategy in practice :

We thoroughly and methodically plan our clients' tax affairs, taking into account all taxes, both personal and business, and considering their current and potential future circumstances.  

1. We review their circumstances on an ongoing basis and offer proactive advice whenever needed, either because of changes in their circumstances or the legislation.
2. We can offer our clients a unique monthly consultation service embedded within bookkeeping and management accounting functions that helps them detect any business problems before they become big and identify and take advantage of positive trends at an early stage.
3. We spend a lot of time designing, implementing and regularly reviewing our clients' bookkeeping and accounting systems.

Please note that we are strongly committed in communicating with clients in plain English, away from any technical jargon. A business owner is not an accountant and must be able to understand the service he receives and he pays for, be able to make sense and read behind his business figures and act on them. Otherwise his chances of succeeding in business are seriously impaired.

Our guarantees
We take our clients' affairs personally. That's why we guarantee access to a partner whenever you need to talk to us. We also guarantee to return all client calls within half working day. We do that to ensure quality advice and support is always given and no deadlines are ever missed, resulting in any financial loss for our clients.

We guarantee that we will refund any penalties or interest suffered by any client for exceeding deadlines if it was due to our error or omission. We are happy to give our clients this guarantee because we are so confident it will never happen.

Our products
We have internally developed a number of unique products that, we dare say, no other accountant offers. The main ones are outlined below: 

1. Tax Savings Analysis: this is a health check that ensures all tax planning opportunities, covering all taxes (personal and business), are covered and nothing is disregarded. Both client's personal and business circumstances are taken into consideration.
2. Monthly Consultation Service: see above ("our strategy").
